The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, February 5 reveals Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will tell Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) she’s his mommy.
Also coming up, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will threaten Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have surprising news. And Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will help Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Winters (Bryton James).
Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will overhear Cane leaving Lily Winters (Christel Kahlil) a message, saying there’s word of a threat to her and the kids. “This is real and serious and I need to hear your voice.” Phyllis will ask if Victor’s threatening his family.
Cane will say yes, he is. But Phyllis will tell him Victor won’t do anything. “Nikki would never allow it.” Cane will say he’s not taking any chances. “Are you going to acquiesce and give him his company back?” Phyllis will ask incredulously. “Over my dead body!”
Y&R Daily Scoop – An Angry Cane Will Grab Adam By The Lapels
Cane will take off and find Adam at the Chancellor Park Cafe. He’ll ask if it was his idea to abduct his family. But Adam will say he created a weapon to steal Victor’s life’s work. “You invited his wrath.” Cane will grab him by the lapels and say maybe he’ll go after someone Victor loves. “I will do whatever it takes to get my family back,” he’ll tell Adam. “Do you understand me?”
As for Phyllis, she’ll see Daniel Romalotti (Michael Grazaidei) and defend what she did. She’ll also tell him Victor says he’s taken Lily and the kids. “Give Victor back his company, or you will never speak to me, or Lucy, again,” Daniel will reply. Cane will show up and Daniel will say if anything happens to Lily, they’re both responsible.
At the ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will enlighten Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) on Victor’s diabolical plan. “I had an idea to make your father’s plan work, but you know your father,” she’ll add, saying he does things his way, no matter what anyone else thinks. “You’re damn right,” Victor will say, as he walks into the room.
Nikki will demand to know where Lily and the children are. Victoria will say this could all spiral. “Lily and her family are perfectly fine, stop questioning me!” he’ll reply to them. Adam will show up and say Cane sandbagged him and threatened him. He’s worried he’ll come after their family.
But Victor will remain stubborn. “Cane Ashby will cave,” he’ll say. “He’ll have no choice. Or I’ll turn up the heat.” Then the trio will be stunned when Victor says he spoke with Lily, and she is on board with the whole thing.
Meanwhile, Tessa will show up at the Chancellor estate. She’ll tell Abby that Sharon should be there soon with some ideas. Devon will walk into the room. Tessa will say when she and Aria went missing, Mariah lost it, so she knows how this feels.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Burrow Questions Them About Mariah
Devon will say Dominic looked happy in the security footage. But he worries that he may be starting to realize something’s wrong. They’ll discuss some of the things they’re already doing to find Dom and Devon will say maybe it’s time to make a plea to the public. Tessa will say she gets a lot of engagement on her social media and suggest Abby make an appeal.
So, Devon will film his wife, tears streaming down her face, as she tells their son she knows he’s on an adventure with Mariah. But she and daddy miss him very much and will never stop looking for him. Then Sharon will show up with Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen), who has joined the GCPD.
“I promise you I will do everything in my power to help you find your son,” he’ll tell Abby and Devon. When he questions them, they’ll talk about how Mariah was Dom’s surrogate. Tessa will say after he was born, she had problems detaching.
At the side of a road, Mariah will sleep in her vehicle. She’ll have a nightmare, thinking Dom took off while she was asleep. When she wakes up, she’ll see him sleeping in the backseat. Mariah will realize her heart shattered when she thought he was gone. “I am never letting go of you, ever again,” she’ll tell him.
She’ll say Abby, Devon and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) got to be with him. “But what did I get? I’m the one who loved you first.” Mariah will say the day she let him go was the day everything went wrong. “And nothing has been right since then,” she’ll add. “Because I am your mommy and you are my son.”
Finally, Mariah will tell Dom she’s never going to let anyone take him away from her again. “I will die before I let that happen,” she’ll add, as he continues sleeping. “That is mommy’s promise to you.”
